SIMARILLO
A golden ale with aromas of citrus and soft fruits and tangy flavours of grapefruit with blackberry, plum and pineapple in the background. In 2013 there was a shortage of Amarillo hops to make the beer called Marillo . Having sourced some Simcoe hops to use as an alternative in the recipe, Simarillo was born …… the name made sense !!!

Hops: Cascade and Simcoe (both USA)
Malts: Low colour pale ale (Tipple and Propino) and wheat.
Allergen Information: Contains GLUTEN in the form of BARLEY and WHEAT.

SHAMUZZLE
A golden beer extensively hopped with five different American hop varieties. A strong aroma of citrus fruits, herbs and spice fill the glass followed by complex aromas and flavours of citrus, pine , spice and tropical fruits with a dry bitter finish .

Hops: American Columbus, Cascade, Citra, Mosaic and Summit.
Malts: Low colour pale ale ( Tipple and Propino )
Allergen Information: Contains GLUTEN in the form of BARLEY and WHEAT.

SHACKLERS BEST
A brown coloured traditional English bitter with complex malt and fruit flavours and a dry bitter finish. Only an English yeast strain and hops are used to maintain the integrity of this classic beer style. A good dollop of black treacle is also added in a nod to the historical use of molasses in beers, particularly by breweries in the vicinity of sugar refining factories.

Hops: Brewers Gold, Fuggles and Goldings.
Malts: Low colour pale ale ( Tipple and Propino ) , chocolate , dark crystal and wheat .
Allergen Information: Contains GLUTEN in the form of BARLEY and WHEAT.

KING STREET
A burnished gold coloured ale made using only the finest English malt and hops. Aromas of malt and citrus hop notes fill the glass followed by flavours of rich malt and fruit with a dry, citrusy bitter finish. This beer is made for The Red Lion in West Deeping where you can find locally sourced sustainable food and drink and a warm welcome.

Hops: English Fuggle’s and East Kent Goldings.
Malts: Low colour pale ale (Tipple and Propino)

AMERICAN PALE ALE
Amber gold in colour this pale ale has a fruity zesty aroma that fills the glass. The American hops Citra and Amarillo initially give a citrus burst of flavours followed by gooseberry and lychee and a dry bitter finish. This beer has won Gold in the “ Best Bitter Class “ and Bronze as “ Overall Champion “ at The Peterborough Beer Festival .

Hops: Citra and Amarillo ( both USA ) .
Malts: Low colour pale ale ( Tipple and Propino ) , Munich , dark crystal and wheat .

HISTORIC PORTER
A traditional English Porter based on an historical recipe from the 1850’s. It is made using only English hops, malts and yeast to preserve it’s truly English identity. A decent dollop of black treacle is also added as a reminder to the original recipe. Almost black with dark ruby highlights, this beer has aromas of malt and fruit with flavours of roasted grain, rich malt and a dry lingering finish. This beer has won numerous awards including “ Beer Of The Festival ” at both St Ives and Cambridge Winter Ale Festivals.

Hops: Fuggles and Goldings.
Malts: Low colour pale ale ( Tipple and Propino ) , black , chocolate , dark crystal and wheat .
Allergen Information: Contains GLUTEN in the form of OATS, BARLEY and WHEAT.

HOPNOSIS
A golden IPA made with the “ New World “ hops Amarillo, Citra and Chinook. The hops are added throughout the boiling stage to add not only bitterness but flavours and aromas to the beer. An initial taste of malt progresses into citrus and tropical fruit flavours with a well rounded, slightly bitter finish.

Hops: American Amarillo, Citra and Chinook.
Malts: Pale ale (Tipple and Propino)
Allergen Information: Contains GLUTEN in the form of BARLEY and WHEAT.

SUMO
A burnished gold coloured IPA loaded at all stages of the brewing process with hops from the “ New World “ .  A heady hop aroma is followed by intense flavours of citrus and tropical fruit with  background malt , peach and passion fruit .

Hops: Cascade, Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, Liberty and Simcoe
Malts: Low colour pale ale (Tipple and Propino) and wheat.
Allergen Information: Contains GLUTEN in the form of BARLEY and WHEAT.

DEAD LEGS
A golden “ Double Imperial IPA “ with intense and complex aromas and flavours of citrus and tropical fruits with a dry finish. Twenty hop additions were made during the production of this beer to give it the complexity and depth that is displays.

Hops: American Columbus, Cascade, Chinook and Summit.
Malts: Low colour pale ale ( Tipple and Propino )

OLD ISAAC
An amber coloured Barley Wine made in the traditional way of collecting only the first sugar and flavour rich, thick running’s from an enormous mash. Aromas of fruit and malt are followed by the complex flavours of rich malt, roasted grains and fruit, all balanced by a dry bitter background.

Allergen Information: Contains GLUTEN in the form of BARLEY and WHEAT.

RESTORATION
This is the first of two “aged beers “ that are produced by the brewery . They are kept at a consistent cellar temperature which allows them to develop complexity and richness as time passes. Inspired by the strong beers of the Trappist and abbey breweries in Belgium it is a dark amber beer with flavours of vinous fruit, port, rich malt, floral and herbal hops and a lingering gentle spicy hop finish. This beer was awarded First place in the East Midlands RAIB competition in 2012 then going on as a finalist to the Champion Bottled Beer Of Britain in 2013.

Hops: Hersbrucker (German) and Mount Hood (USA).
Malts: Pilsner, Munich, Aromatic, Special B, chocolate and wheat.
Allergen Information: Contains GLUTEN in the form of BARLEY and WHEAT.

IMPERIAL RUSSIAN STOUT
This is the second of the “ aged beers “ produced by the brewery. It is a jet black beer, with strong aromas of expresso coffee with flavours of creamy malt, coffee, chocolate, herbal hops and a bittersweet finish with a hint of liquorice. It is dedicated to the memory of the breweries that once produced this style of beer in vast quantities for export to the Baltic States via the North Sea.

Hops: Hallertau Northern Brewer (Germany).
Malts: Pale ale (Tipple and Propino) , Crystal, chocolate, roast barley, black and wheat.
Allergen Information: Contains GLUTEN in the form of BARLEY and WHEAT.
